So I'm just wondering... a couple of things, really. First of all, how many people are here who are under the age of twenty? It feels like that's a lot of people here - more than you'd usually see in any kind of population. Has anyone tracked that kind of stuff?

And second...

How many people had what people might call... powers or abilities or magic at home? Like, stuff that most people can't do but you can do? I'm not counting if you come from some kind of world where magic is common, but where it's rare and people would stare at you for doing it, that's what I mean.

If I morph into a fly or something I can go through vents, but not through solid walls. ... I have a few morphs that can dig really well, though.

Nah, I don't think it's creepy. I've run into aliens that can read minds, and they were kind of creepy, but they were kind of creepy even without that. When I'm in morph I can speak mind to mind, but it's not reading thoughts... though I thought it was at first.

I don't know anything about souls, though. Not outside of like... fantasy books or something. But I totally get the not wanting to touch the minds of certain people.

... Well, you can only stay as something for two hours. After that, if you try to turn back, you can't. I got the ability back, but instead of my 'normal' form being a human, it was a bird. ... And that pretty much never happens. I got really lucky.

Computers are pretty common at home, but animal clinics like the one she works in aren't too common. There's a big amusement park and zoo where her dad works, so they made an animal clinic to take care of other animals on the side.
