Maybe it was a whole flock? Though you'd think someone would see a huge flock. I keep seeing them no matter where I go.

I might call a couple other people in different parts of Johto just to see...but I think you're right. They really are kinda all over the place!

Keep an eye out for any Pokemon that matches the colors on the feathers, just in case.

I was talking to someone a bit ago about stuff you could do with Pokemon feathers, actually. I might try to make one into a keychain or something.

That might be nice. You could carry it with you that way.
