Info: Powers - named after Professor Powers, the one teacher Tobias had who was kind to him - is a very gentle Pokemon. She doesn't like fighting much, but she puts up with it in order to get strong enough to help Tobias. Most of her duties involve standing guard at night and keeping the team supplied with pleasant dreams, but she often falls asleep instead of keeping a lookout.
